What it is
This research-led design proposal addresses communication gaps between pet owners and vets before an appointment. It proposes a pre-visit assistant that supports information preparation, education, emotional support, bookings, and records.
Contribution
I identified three communication pain points through literature review and a market scan, proposed a multimodal three-agent service model, and compared model options against medical accuracy, tool-calling, and hallucination benchmarks.
Safety boundary
This is a design proposal, not a validated product. It specifies a safety boundary that blocks diagnosis and dosing advice; it should not be presented as a deployed or user-tested system.
